Majorca incognita

Halo my friend, I´d like to present you Majorca. And don´t tell me that you know everything about this island so famous with it´s beauty, it´s mild climate and beaches with crystal waters. Having been here and sunbathed in Arenal or Magaluf, having seen the silhouette of La Seu clearly cut in the sunset light and the tranquil bay of Palma full with sails of the elegant yachts -   all that sill doesn´t mean you´ve seen Majorca.

I´ll show you Majorca incognita – the island with the daily beauty, the island that every year makes fall in love hundreds of persons who come for just a few days and then decide to stay here forever, the small island of just 623 km² and a great mountain – La Tramuntana. Which  – believe it or not – has 11 picks over 1000m high and magnificent rocky coasts which sight from the sea conquered the heart of the Archiduque Luis Salvador two centuries ago and not just made him live here for the rest of his life but also study and announce the island to the world with his books. Actually he was the first one to promote the island - and with what result? The result is that more than 130 languages from all over the world are spoken in Majorca today and all these foreign people, forasters as the locals call them, live quietly together and collaborate between themselves so that each one can reach his personal happiness, united just by their love for this magic island.
